Suspects in youth's death arrested

Four youths suspected to be involved in the death of an 18-year-old were arrested yesterday morning by the local police.
A local boy, Marcus Siah Wui Siang ,with his two friends was attacked by a group of men last Saturday at Singapore chinatown past 10 pm. He was taken to hospital by his friends and he
past away on Wednesday morning.

Four youth arrested were aged 18 and above. The youth Marcus Siah were enjoying the new year lighting in Chinatown for the New Year light -up of the Year of the OX. When they were crossing the overhead bridges, they were stared at by a few youths at the top of the bridge. The fight started when they were pursued. The rest of the friends fled, but Marcus was not lucky and was targetted. It seems that the police are investigating the case. In Singapore, such incidents can be easily solved due to the numerous close circuit cameras around the city.
It was reported that the head and legs injuries was serious and he did not regain conciousness and died four days later.
