The ERP deduct the cash from the driver.It also regulates traffic, supposely make it faster and saves fuel. For certain roads that is underutilise,it should credit drivers, really pay the driver to pass thru. It should help clear all congested roads. Just thinking out of the box.Just thinking.Jus
